You understand that this information will be shared with Partners who may contact you via phone, SMS, or email to provide consulting or program-related services.

By submitting your contact information through the Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by State Supported Program and/or its Partners via:

This contact may occur even if your phone number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. You may opt out of further contact at any time by following opt-out instructions provided in the communication (e.g., replying "STOP" to texts).
This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services.
5. Role of State Supported Program
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are a facilitator connecting users to Partners who provide assessments or consultations.
- We do not guarantee any outcomes, services, or offers.
- We do not endorse or control the practices, qualifications, or availability of Partners.
- All services offered are subject to the Partner's own terms, eligibility, and discretion.
6. No Guarantee of Qualification
Submission of your information does not guarantee that:
- You qualify for any program
- You will be contacted
- Any service will be provided
Eligibility is determined by the Partners based on their own criteria.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access.
8. Intellectual Property
